Leadership philosophy

Four convictions that shape every session

  1. 01

Strategy is only as good as the operating model beneath it

Ambition is rarely the constraint. Decision rights, funding, platform choices and accountability are. Most AI programs that stall have a structural problem rather than a technology problem.

  2. 02

Control and speed are not opposites

In regulated environments the fastest teams are usually the ones with the clearest controls, because they spend less time re-litigating whether something is allowed. Governance designed in advance is an accelerator.

  3. 03

Measure what a CFO would recognize

Transformation earns its next round of funding through revenue, cost, capital efficiency and risk reduction. Activity metrics do not survive contact with a board.

  4. 04

Redesign the work, not just the tooling

Layering AI onto an unchanged process produces a faster version of the wrong thing. The return comes from removing steps, moving decisions and changing roles.
