What this website collects

This website collects personal information in one place only: the speaking inquiry form on the Book Thomas page. That form asks for your name, work email address, optional phone number, organization, job title, and details about your event.

No account is created, and there is no login. Browsing the rest of this website does not require you to provide any personal information.

Why the information is collected

Inquiry details are used for one purpose: to respond to your speaking inquiry and, if a booking proceeds, to arrange and prepare for the session. The information is not used for marketing, is not added to a mailing list, and is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party advertising or social tracking scripts. If web analytics is enabled in future, a privacy-conscious, cookieless provider will be used, and this notice will be updated before that happens.

The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish real inquiries from automated submissions. Turnstile is a privacy-preserving alternative to a traditional CAPTCHA. It does not profile you across websites and does not require you to solve a puzzle. Cloudflare processes limited technical signals to make that determination.

Where the information goes

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are processed by a Cloudflare function and delivered to the inquiry inbox at thomasmazzaferro@evolveconsultinggroup.co. Where a submission record is retained for continuity, it is stored in Cloudflare's database service and kept to the minimum needed to manage the inquiry.

How long it is kept

Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to a confirmed engagement are kept for as long as needed to deliver the engagement and to meet reasonable business and record-keeping requirements, and are then deleted.

Security

All traffic to this website is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Submissions are validated on the server, rate limited, and screened for automated abuse. Access to the inquiry inbox is limited to Thomas and anyone directly assisting with scheduling.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email thomasmazzaferro@evolveconsultinggroup.co and the request will be acted on. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights over your personal information, and those rights are respected.

Links to other websites

The Insights and Recognition pages link to material published on third-party websites. Those websites have their own privacy practices, which this notice does not cover.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. Material changes to how inquiry information is used will be described here.
